Information we collect
Account and institution details, your email address, subscription and billing records processed by our payment provider, and standard technical logs.
How we use information
To deliver the monthly Nursing Education Regulatory Intelligence Brief, administer subscriptions, provide support and improve the service.
Email delivery data
We retain delivery history for each Brief — sent, delivered, opened, clicked and failed events — to confirm delivery to the account holder.
Payment information
Card data is handled by our payment processor. NERHq does not store full payment card numbers.
Data sharing
We do not sell institutional or personal data. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the service.
Data retention
Account, subscription and Brief archive data are retained for the life of the subscription and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your choices
Authorized institutional users may change coverage, or request deletion of account data.
